• All sponsorships starting date and term do not start until sponsorship has been paid for and logo and any necessary materials has been received.

• All sponsorships end at the end of event.

• All sponsorships are not guaranteed to increase traffic.

• All sponsorships are refunds are subject to refusal by the event management discretion.
